Guidelines

We’ll maintain guidelines firmly. Repeated inconsistency, tardiness, disinterest in the work being done in class, and
inappropriate conduct within or outside of the school will be sufficient grounds for the student’s termination. To
help the student understand his obligations, a system of default markings for inconsistency, careless actions.

Rules

No student should miss more time than approved. On the pages provided in the Log Book for messages to and from parents, parents are expected to notify the class teacher of each absence.

Including serious and sincere study habits as well as life habits and modes that inspire independence, generosity, open-mindedness, and beauty in one’s attitudes towards one’s duties and responsibilities as a free citizen of India is the society’s goal in implementing educational schemes and programmes in its schools.

The management of the school is in charge of the New Sarvajanik Education Society. Currently, the Society has more than 800 members. The Society is a publicly funded organisation that is recognised by both the Bombay Act XXIX of 1980 and Act XXI of 1860.

The aim of the school is to incorporate into the educational schemes and programmes of its schools the ability for students to develop genuine and serious study habits along with lifestyle habits and approaches that encourage independence, generosity, open-mindedness, and aesthetic sensibility towards their duties and responsibilities as citizens of India.

Admission Rules

The guardian must apply for his ward’s admission according to the required standards after learning from the school about the availability of admission for the student who has registered for admission. The application must be submitted using the designated admission form, complete with all relevant information, and the applicant must include payment for any applicable fees and levies with the admission form. It should be made very clear when completing the admission form that the student’s parent or guardian consents to follow any rules and regulations that may occasionally be in effect at the school.

After completing the application form, the student must present their school leaving certificate within seven days. If accepted, the student will meet the qualifying standards based on their school leaving certificate. The student for whom an admission form has been completed may be called in for an interview by the school administration. Final admission may be granted to the student after such an interview, or the student may be offered a written stand based on the interview report. There is no right to a fee or charge return for the student who is ultimately admitted.

No reasons are advanced for the rejection of any application for admission.

Personal record of each child such as educational physical, extracurricular activities will be maintained by the class teachers. This is a continuous process and will be continued from Std. I to Std. VIII.

Withdrawal Rules

If a guardian wants to remove their child from school, they must apply using the form that is provided.

Applications must be submitted by the 24th of the month before the month in which the student will be continuing their education. If you don’t, you’ll be responsible for paying the costs for the next month. The application in the required form must be received by the office by June 5th in order for the student to withdraw from June. The late application will be assessed costs for June.

If a student leaves Std. X in November, they are responsible for paying the entire year’s costs through the end of May.

The Leaving Certificate of the pupils issued ordinarily within 8 days of the receipt of application for withdrawal.

The students’ leaving certificates are typically issued eight days after the application for withdrawal is received.

After one year after leaving the school, a student who wants a departure certificate must pay a search charge of 60/-. 50/-per year, up to a maximum of 600/-.
