Greetings to our esteemed staff, beloved students, and dedicated parents,
It is with immense joy and pride that I share my journey with Lion M.P. Bhuta Sion Sarvajanik School , as an alumnus and now as its Chairman. Entrusted by the New Sarvajanik Education Society’s Board Members, I am honored to have the opportunity to shape and develop the institution that laid the foundation of my education. Reflecting on our past, it’s been over 20 years since we, as former students, came together to fund and repair our beloved school building. Since assuming the role of Chairman in 2016, my first initiative was to bolster IT skills among our students by establishing our very own Computer Lab. I firmly believe, “In today’s world, without knowledge of computers, we stand at a zero.”
Our mission has always been to provide the highest quality education to every child, fostering an environment where academic excellence goes hand in hand with cultivating strong moral values. As Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” We are committed to creating a safe, positive learning environment where both staff and students are actively involved in this transformative process.
The role of a school extends beyond academics; it’s about motivating and empowering students to become lifelong learners. Our curriculum is designed to encourage children to channel their potential in pursuit of excellence, supported by a faculty that serves more as facilitators than mere teachers. We believe in the holistic development of our students, blending strong values with academics and extracurricular activities. I extend my deepest gratitude to our parents, the most significant force in shaping the future of our children. Your unwavering support empowers us to strive for more. As the saying goes, “A good education begins at home. You cannot blame a school for not nurturing values in your child that you have not instilled.” Together, we build a stronger future for our children. In embracing technology, our teachers utilize interactive smart boards for daily lessons, and our PTA plays a vital role in the school by volunteering for various events, enhancing our community spirit.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is interacting with students, parents, teaching, and non-teaching staff, building strong relationships that are the cornerstone of our school’s development. Open to suggestions, we operate as a unified team under the guidance of our Principal and Head Teachers, thriving in activities that bring our community together. Our efforts are further supported by generous donors and organizations like the Lions Club of Sion, contributing to the school’s infrastructure and scholarship programs, among other initiatives. Our alumni are the backbone of our institution, embodying the spirit of “Dyaa, Seva, and kindness” in their ongoing support. My vision for Lion M.P. Bhuta Sion Sarvajanik School is to develop it into a “Temple of Knowledge” where every student finds enlightenment and success in life.
